In the narrative feature film, The Marriage Plot, Sarah, an accomplished life coach, decides to use her renowned MAterial-Physical-Emotional-Relationship-Spiritual (MAPERS) program to help individuals obtain marriage-based green card. In her program, she brings together couples and subjects them to five stages of psychological activities, preparing them to pass the marriage-based green card interview. Juanita is one such person who is in a dire need to attaining legal status. She meet James and they go through the MAPERS program. The program turns out very differently for Juanita. The film is shot in English and Thai and is currently in post-production.
